TintedSand is a WireGuard-based VPN mesh with a coordination broker and onion-style multi-hop routing, plus a custom end-to-end encrypted chat and file-sharing service, and a hand-assembled mail stack. Minimal dependencies on purpose — read the whitepaper for the whole architecture, or the checklistfor exactly what's built vs. still duct-taped together.
